Privacy Policy

In order that British Adult Contacts can provide you with this service we need to collect and hold certain information about you.

We respect your privacy at all times, and we do not send out unsolicited emails.

Messages are delivered to your private mailbox, using our internal mail system.

Information we hold.

All the information that you provide us on our registration pages is recorded and stored by us.

We may also record other information relating to your usage of the site.

The information that we hold is used to enable various features of the site to work, to enable us to customise the site specifically for you and to ensure that the terms and conditions of the site are adhered to.

We may use the information to assist in our marketing of the site but this excludes any form of direct mailing.

We may use your email address to send you important system messages and in the management of your account but it will not be used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.

The information held (with the exclusion of information that can be seen on the site by fellow members) will not be divulged to any third party except:

* Where a court order has been obtained instructing us to release such information.

* Where in our opinion a criminal act may have been attempted or committed, including but not limited to, recovery of our costs and damages in respect of such an act.

Rules & Regulations.

We do not tolerate Fakes or Timewasters! We only allow genuine British based adults over 18 years of age to join our web site and become part of our online community. We have very strict policies on profiles and photos and continually monitor our site for fakes, time-wasters and nuisances and remove them swiftly when found.

However if any member is bothered by another members’ behaviour whilst on the site, please contact admin explaining the problem. We will not tolerate anyone making a nuisance of themselves either in the chat rooms or via the messenger system i.e. abusive, offensive, harassing etc.

Should we have valid complaint about a member: the offender would firstly be warned and prevented access to the site for seven days. If a recurrence of bad behaviour repeats itself with the same person after returning, they would receive a second warning and a ban for one month. If we received any further complaint the member would then be banned from the site for life without question.

Any Person removed from the site membership due to unacceptable behaviour is not entitled to apply to renew their membership ever.

We also ask you to report to us immediately any registered member causing genuine concern by way of paedophilic indications in communications on site, we will follow up immediately and the member will be reported to the proper authorities. This site has a no tolerence policy on this.

British Adult Contacts is a friendly adult lifestyle communication site, we do not permit profiles, communications or meetings arranged from our facilities to have any monetary involvement, all contact through our facilities between members is purely for non commercial leisure.

We also ask our members to be very sensible and responsible when meeting any new friends for the first time, always arrange initial meetings in a public place i.e. cafe, bar etc. You will know from the initial meeting if you are comfortable in their company, you will also know if they provided an honest and fair description of themselves. This procedure prevents disappointment and keeps you safe!
